The Crimson Flower that Divides: Lunar Coupling (Koezaru wa Akai Hana) was originally released in Japan as an 18+ otome, and later released as a slightly watered down version for the PS Vita a few years after that. The Crimson Flower that Divides: Lunar Coupling is a Switch port of those versions—and as is the trend with more mature otome localizations comes with the sexy scenes significantly. (Thank goodness Play-Asia has images of those when old websites didn't get archived.) I'm not 100% certain but from the official info I could find, I'm guessing the Dramatic Reading extras are not on the Switch version, because it was a recording of a live event commemorating the PS Vita port release, and the descriptions of the Switch extras.
